What’s your Unique Selling Proposition?

What makes you different from the other builder right down the street?

In today’s tough market buyers have more leverage and access to more information than ever.

In one sentence what is the one thing a prospective buyer should know about you, your company or your homes?

If they are comparing you to other home builders, existing homes (many of which are priced below market), and not moving or building what would you want them to know?

Something tells me that if your sentence includes “We build a top-quality house.” or “We provide the most value.” you might want to reconsider your Unique Selling Proposition.

I’ve yet to find a single builder that wouldn’t say that about their homes.
