Well, it’s been a while since we’ve posted last. We haven’t given up on blogging and we certainly haven’t given up on the housing industry. In fact, we have a couple of great new Software as a Service (SaaS) applications scheduled for 2009.
If you’re reading this on the web, you’ll notice the blog layout is different. We are putting the finishing touches on a new website design for URBaCS.com and are looking for the right blog template to complement our new branding. This blog layout may change 3-4 more times before Christmas.
That’s because we are launching the new website on Christmas Day. In addition we are unveiling a new product for Realtors and Brokerages on January 19th, and releasing a book on July 1. We also have another SaaS application in development that is scheduled to go to market near the end of 2009 that is designed to help spread the message for Home Builders Associations.
We’re very excited about 2009 and we hope each and every one of you have a great Christmas and a safe and happy New Year.
