		<description>Word of mouth is effective, but I think a builder needs to adapt to the market, we have seen changes in the size and cost of homes that were selling, from the larger homes before now to the smaller ones.  And the builder incentives like granite counter tops, are not being put in the mid sized homes as a standard option anymore.  Its just a matter of time I think.. but how much time.. who knows?</description>

		<description>That does sound really easy. I like the idea of this website as well. It sounds like it could really help companies make a ton of money. One of the most effective sales techniques is by word of mouth. People are more likely to look at something and buy it if the product comes highly recommended by some body else.</description>
